When school starts back up, mornings get significantly more chaotic.
Whether you're getting kids out the door, heading to work, or trying to squeeze in a workout before the day begins, breakfast is often the first healthy habit to disappear.
Unfortunately, grabbing a sugary breakfast bar or skipping breakfast altogether usually leaves you hungry, low on energy, and reaching for unhealthy snacks later in the day.
That's why we love simple, make-ahead recipes like these High-Protein Egg Muffins.
They're made with whole food ingredients, packed with protein to help keep you full, and can be reheated in less than a minute—making healthy eating just as convenient as fast food (maybe even more convenient!).
Pro Tip: Make a double or triple batch on Sunday and you'll have breakfast ready for the week for your whole family, including your kids.
