How 1-on-1 Scheduling Works

1-on-1 sessions are 1-hour long and scheduled individually with your trainer at any of the time slots listed above, subject to trainer availability. We also offer 30-minute and 90-minute 1-on-1 session options if you desire.

How Virtual Scheduling Works

You'll schedule your sessions in advance for the entire month to secure the times you want. But don't worry! You can always transfer them later.

Unparalleled Flexibility

With virtual sessions, you'll have from 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM to complete your workout. But life happens! When something comes up and you can no longer make your session, you can transfer it to another day.
