What is Semi-Private Personal Training?
At Fitness Collective, our 1-hour semi-private sessions are the same as 1-on-1 personal training, you're just sharing your trainer with up to 5 other members. Each of your workouts is 100% customized to your goals, injuries, and fitness level—so you’ll never be stuck doing a cookie-cutter program.
Unlike a crowded group class, our semi-private sessions are capped at a 6-to-1 member to trainer ratio. So you get the best of both worlds: the energy of a small group and plenty of time for your trainer to coach your form, adjust your weights, and make sure you’re progressing safely and effectively.
