Started with one goal and vision in mind: to change lives.

Our training method is deeply rooted in the belief that you, your body, your goals, and any injuries or limitations that you may be dealing with are unique. And therefore, your workout plan should be too.

Story

Our company was born with humble beginnings. We started with the name "High Altitude Personal Training" in 2009 out of a garage in Flagstaff, Arizona, serving just a handful of members. We now have 2 physical gyms located in Flagstaff and Scottsdale, Arizona, along with our virtual personal training platform nationwide, allowing us to have served over 4,000 members. ​

We offer semi-private, 1-on-1, and virtual personal training services to help you lose weight and get in shape safely, no matter what injuries or limitations you may be dealing with.

 

All of our services include an individualized workout program specific to you, with your goals and desires in mind, that will safely and effectively produce maximum results.
