If you want real personal training and are willing to share your trainer, our semi-private training is the perfect fit. It is the optimal balance of attention and direction from your trainer and motivation from the like-minded community around you. No experience is required—our trainers meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.
Want a one-on-one environment with the undivided attention of your personal trainer? Then our 1-on-1 personal training is right for you! This service is best for those who have extreme limitations, injuries, or postural imbalances they would like to address, or those seeking sports-specific training.
If you are located outside of Arizona or want an individualized fitness program for the lowest cost, then our virtual personal training is right for you! All of your virtual workouts will be designed by a real, expert trainer using our cutting edge app, who will take out all the guesswork and help you progress safely towards your specific goals for maximum results.
Getting started with a new workout routine can be overwhelming and confusing, but it doesn't have to be! We’ve simplified our process to 3 easy steps:

There are no long-term contracts or commitments with your Fitness Collective membership. We rely on our ability to deliver the fitness results you want to keep you satisfied with your membership. We bill on a monthly basis, and you have the freedom to make adjustments to your membership anytime.
Before your free trial session, we will learn all about you, your goals, and your current fitness level. Our personal trainers are experts at meeting you where you’re at and creating a steady progression plan to help you progress towards your fitness goals safely.

It's a great question, but it depends. There's a high level of subjectivity based on your goals, current fitness level, how well you want to age, your season of life, and so much more.
Three workouts per week is the most popular frequency for our members, but here's a quick breakdown:
1x/week: It can be a great start. However, this is usually followed by a significant plateau. In a busy season of life, though, 1x/week can at least maintain muscle and fitness.
2x/week: Now we are getting somewhere. It's a 100% increase over 1x/week, and our members see more benefits and progress.
3x/week: This is usually the sweet spot for most of our members. It's pretty manageable with their schedules and they can see great progress by using just 3 of the 168 hours in a week.
4x+/week: When you want to really add muscle, increase performance, and be the fittest version of yourself, 4, 5, or even 6 days per week is required.

2. Fitness Coordinating: Every member is paired with a dedicated Fitness Coordinator who checks in monthly to review your goals, assess your progress, and make sure you’re on track. This built-in accountability helps you stay consistent and motivated—because success is easier with someone in your corner.
3. Cutting-Edge Software: We use our own proprietary training software to log every workout, track personal bests, and record your progress. This advanced system gives both you and your trainer a clear view of your fitness journey—so there’s never any guesswork, just results.
