Rachael Recommends || September 2024
It's official! - We're in the "ber" months! School is starting and holidays loom on the horizon. Fall is about to be in full swing and it's my personal favorite time of year.
Each month I offer recommendations on things I am loving at the time. But in honor of my favorite season, I'm going to share my favorite favorites this month! In this edition, you'll find my favorite back-to-school hack to keep kids healthy along with some of my favorite recipes. As a bonus I'll share an article on an aspect of eating you may not have thought of before.
Happy reading and happy September!

I like to give this supplement to my son daily during the first month or two of school in the fall and spring. I believe it has significantly impacted his body's ability to fight the illnesses that typically plague most children upon returning to school. If your child struggles to stay healthy during this time, I highly suggest checking out this supplement!
